Meet Burcu
As a professional project manager I have been in the financial services, banking, consultancy sectors for 20 years.While working as a project manager, I realized that the most amazing part of my job was communicating with people and in last 2 years I received my coaching training and ICF accredited Personal Development Coaching Diploma at The Coaching Academy and I worked with the Centre Mentoring Organization-London to boost my mentoring skills. I also have given Project Management and Agile Training to over 500 people in the last 5 years. I am currently studying for an MSc at the University of Essex in Psychology. Learning is a life-long passion of mine; I intend to continue learning for the rest of my life.
Meet Ebru
As an Economist and a Psychologist by profession, I have always been highly passionate about transformation of individuals and businesses, in equal measures. During my 20 years of international corporate career, I specialized in Transformation, Strategy, Marketing, and Sales and worked in increasingly senior roles in renowned FMCG companies. I am also a Professional Integral Coach, certified by the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town and accredited by International Coaching Federation (ICF) with over 400 coaching hours under my belt. Since founding my own coaching & consulting company in 2019, I work every day, all day, to catalyze and empower individuals and organizations into their full potentials.
